Meet Dale
Dale experienced asbestos exposure through his career in a packaging plant where he worked for 36 years. In the 1970s, the steam panels packaging company for Oscar Mayer. Years later while enjoying a well deserved retirement with his wife of 48 years, Dale lung filled with fluid. Doctors performed a biopsy where they identified the mesothelioma cells. Dale was officially diagnosed with mesothelioma.
"We were told to begin the process [lawsuit] right away, because there are so many bills," said the wife Betty Dale in a video interview in 2010. "Financially, you just need to do so. "
