I was home sick for a few days recently, which gave me plenty of time to contemplate everything under the sun .
My mother stopped by the first day and exclaimed that a beautiful sunny day, it was outside. I ignored the comment.
The second day, as I lay on the bed, I looked at my pretty curtains and blinds covering the window. I've never opened either, or those in the living room and dining room.
I consider it a waste of time to open the curtains during the day and close them at night. I do not want no neighbors curious. And in Florida, he ?? its loss of money to let the warm sunlight inside while the air conditioning is on
But soon my thoughts light shone on the big issues here. I keep the blinds ?? ?? closed on my life all the time, too? What is so wrong with a little sun? Do I consider a waste of time to let others in my life?
No Trespassing
There are a few months, a male friend said that I put up high walls to keep people. His comment stuck with me. Maybe you are like me - high walls construction and keep large sections of your blocked lives of others
maybe ?? s because you or a loved one has mesothelioma and involves the treatment .. How could understand others? It would just be a waste of time to try to explain the trip, right?
Or maybe you ?? re a caregiver, and you think nobody wants to hear about your struggles or pain.
maybe you ?? have been hurt by people and relationships for so long that it seems only safer.
Whatever your reason, it may be time to pull the shades and opening the shutters. I suspect some sunshine - and a little quality time with friends -. May be just what you and I need
Opening Up
I think I'll start opening some stores and slide halfway curtains open in my house and in my life.
Maybe I'll call a friend, I haven ?? t spoken at a time. I also plan to meet with friends, even if I feel like closing blinds and go to bed early instead.
But for now, I think I'll go ?? sit by the pool and soak up some sun -needed much.
I hope you will open yourself to a little sunshine, too. We all need.
