"Hi guys! I'm Faith, and I'm the Health and Wellness Centre Blogger mesothelioma. I am here today to share a recipe with you guys. This is perfect for the days you do not feel like eating much or days you just do not really have much energy to cook. This is our smoothie boost immunity and all the ingredients that you see here costs about $ 7, but you going to have some rest for two or three servings throughout the rest of the week. So, why not go ahead and start?

Our first ingredient is Greek yogurt. this is what you provides the majority of the protein in your smoothie. you definitely want to go with Greek yogurt when you are shopping, instead of regular yogurt because it has about twice the protein. This right here is 12 grams. it will also make your ultra creamy smoothie. So go ahead and just dump the whole container and we'll move right along.

You will also get some more milk proteins. Now when you shop, you can purchase 2%, fat-free; whatever works for how many calories you need to eat in a day. Now if you do not want to schedule or if you need to avoid for medical reasons, you can also go with soy milk or almond milk. The two work very well.

If you want thicker smoothie, like a milkshake, you do not need as much milk. But today we will go with about half a cup. You can eyeball or you can measure ?? whatever you're comfortable with.

Now this smoothie Is Gonna also give you three servings of fruits and vegetables. Our first is the banana. These are really high in potassium and are also a great source of carbohydrates for energy. You are the body needs a lot of energy to deal with the recovery so make sure you get plenty of healthy carbohydrates throughout your day.

Your second serving of fruits and vegetables is spinach. And I promise that this is not as crazy as it sounds. It will turn your smoothie a little green, but you will not be able to taste all. It gives you 0% of your daily requirement of vitamin A, as well as lots of iron and other antioxidants. Go ahead and just use raw spinach about two handfuls.

Now our last serving of fruits and vegetables is blueberries. You can use that blueberries can find on your supermarket shelves. Raspberries, blackberries ?? they all have a lot of antioxidants to fight against ?? cancer, but some studies have shown that blueberries have a higher proportion of antioxidants than other berries, so that's what we'll use aujourd 'hui. Just a handful or two. You do not have to measure anything too specific.

And follow that with a little ice. This will keep everything smooth and cold. Your blender will determine how long you need to switch the mix because spinach needs a little more time to get smooth, otherwise you will be left with small pieces of leaves. But about one to two minutes should be plenty.

Just go ahead. (Mixed). Okay.

Now here's the thing. If your leaves are not quite blend the way you think they, just add a little more milk on top of your smoothie and cover it up and stir for a few minutes.

(Blending).

There you go. In about five minutes you have a great healthy breakfast, lunch or snack or even dinner. This is a great route to take with you to the office of a doctor or other appointments you may have. But it can also function as a snack around the house.
