The popular saying:

There is truth in that, "You Are What You Eat." if you are a person without disease or a known person living with mesothelioma. What you feed your body can directly impact your drive, mood, energy level and recovery time between cancer treatments

As personal trainers we have a different currency: ". good health is 80 percent nutrition and 20 percent fitness." This is true.

My work is only about 20 percent of your overall health. So I can suggest a good diet to follow, it is almost impossible for me to control what you eat when you leave the gym.
